Privacy

This site does not track you. The only personal data I handle is what you choose to send me through the contact form or by email.

Who is responsible

GroundworkIT BV, Beringen, Belgium. Contact: hello@groundworkit.dev.

What I collect, and why

If you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, optional company name and your message. I use them only to reply to you and to keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, or taking steps you ask for before entering a contract.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts this site and checks form submissions with Turnstile, a bot check. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details for security and to deliver the site.
• Fastmail receives your message as email and stores it in my mailbox.

I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

I do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Turnstile may use technical browser storage to tell people from bots.

How long I keep it

I keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete the data I hold about you, or to restrict or object to its use. Write to hello@groundworkit.dev. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
